The event organizer will provide a unique Passcode to the Sponsor to proceed for Online Registration. All the enrollments input in the system under the same Passcode are assumed to be authorized by the sponsor. For any extra enrollment aside from the Free Quota under the designated sponsorship package, the sponsor will be liable for the extra charges. The sponsor should always keep the Passcode safe and be liable for any responsibilities that it may cause.
